Their electronic Document available through this website is intended to serve as a warning of the many traps relating to the sale of property and businesses, and to help property and business owners maximize investment capital. Registration of the authors’ intellectual property, including trademarks and business names, has been undertaken by an independent consumer advocacy organization which has had no input into the BHO Document.  Apart from attending to IP registration on behalf of the authors, the organization’s role has been to facilitate introductions and dialogue between the authors and specialist graphic designers, IP solicitors, and Patent Attorneys.
